Sammamish River Trail
Paved trail from Bothell to Redmond following the Sammamish Slough. Great views of Mt. Rainier southbound. Goes near a winery and brewery in Woodinville. Connects with multiple other trails, both paved and unpaved. Separate trail for horse riders from Redmond to Woodinville. A segment of trail under SR 520 requires slowing and dismounting your bike. The trail tends to be rather busy in downtown Redmond, Woodinville and Bothell so watch out for other trail users such as skaters and dog walkers. A parallel unpaved trail follows the east bank of the river from downtown Redmond to NE 116th St.
The Sammamish River Trail passes a sculpture near Redmond City Hall.
